Online Giving Instructions

Below are some directions for making an offering online as part of your normal worship

Recently we have been asked how about how to make offerings online during this time in which we are unable to gather together for corporate worship.

Our online giving is managed through TouchPoint, our church management software.  Here are some directions on getting started, making a one-time gift, and setting up a recurring gift.

Getting Started

  1.  Go to cometoshoreline.com/giving
  2.  Decide if you want to make a One-Time Gift or a Recurring Gift

Making a One-Time Gift

  1.  Click on the “Make a One-Time Gift” button
  2.  This will take you to the TouchPoint online giving page
  3.  If you have a TouchPoint account click the green “Login Here” button
  4.  If you don’t have a TouchPoint account, enter your information in the boxes and click “Submit”
  5.  On the next screen provide your additional information and click “Submit information”
  6.  You will now be on the Giving Page
  7.  Choose which fund you would like to give to, and enter the amount in the box
  8.  If you would like to create a TouchPoint account, check the “Create Account” box in the bottom right. This is optional, as you do not need a TouchPoint account to make a one-time gift
  9.  Click “Submit”
  10.  You will be taken to the Payment Processing page
  11.  Fill out your personal and financial information
  12.  Click “Make Payment” to submit your One-Time payment
  13.  You will then see the “Transaction Completed” Screen and will receive a payment confirmation in your email

Setting up a Recurring Gift

  1.  Click on the “Manage Recurring Giving” button
  2.  This will take you to the TouchPoint online giving page
  3.  If you have a TouchPoint account click the green “Login Here” button
  4.  If you don’t have a TouchPoint account, enter your information in the boxes and click “Submit”
  5.  On the next screen provide your additional information and click “Submit information”
  6.  You will receive a one-time link in your email to manage your recurring giving
  7.  Open your email account and find the email from “Shoreline Church Giving” which contains a link to manage your Recurring Giving
  8.  Click on the link in the email
  9.  This will take you to the Manage Recurring Giving Screen
  10.  Click on the blue “Additional Fund” button
  11.  Click on the dropdown box to select which fund you would like to give to
  12.  Enter the amount you would like to give in the blank box
  13.  In the next section, click on the “Repeats” drop down box to choose how often this payment will recur
  14.  In this section you can also click on the dates highlighted and underlined in blue to determine the date on which your recurring gift will start, and on which days of the month it will be taken out of your account
  15.  Fill out your financial information and your billing address
  16.  Click “Submit”
  17.  This will take you to the Thank You page and you will receive a payment confirmation in your email

Mail-in Option

If you prefer, you can also mail in your offering to Shoreline Church, 3961 Kirtland Rd, Willoughby OH, 44094
