Exciting progress continues on our building!
This past month the yellow house next to the church that we purchased was torn down to make room for an expansion to the parking lot and driveway. The exterior siding and stone wainscote was completed, and the focus of the work has shifted mostly to the interior construction. Drywall installation is mostly complete, and interior carpentry trim work is proceeding.
This past month we also began holding tours of the building for anyone interested in seeing its progress. We are very encouraged by the responses we’ve gotten during these tours, and it is exciting to be able to see how our future home is coming together as we get closer to the end of the project.
If you would like to learn more about the building project so far, you can do so here.
Please continue to pray for this project, for the workers making all of this happen, for our relationships with our future neighbors, and for our church as we organize and prepare for the transition into our new home.
